Registration

Thank you for your interest in the 2025-2026 wrestling season with Mid Shore Wrestling Club! We’re excited to welcome both new and returning wrestlers into our wrestling family!

Please complete the registration form below to get started. Once registered, you will receive additional details about purchasing a singlet (not included in the registration fee), our schedule and important dates, including our Meet the Coaches - Parents Meeting and Team Building Event at Tardigrade Obstacle Course.

Fees & Payment

HIGH SCHOOL WRESTLERS

This registration and total fee of $30 fee will act as an annual pass from September 1, 2025 - August 31, 2026 to train with MSWC. Annual membership is required to continue training with MSWC. 

 

YOUTH WRESTLERS

This registration and total fee of $100 applies to the regular season November 2025 - March 2026.

Fueling the Program: How Fees Are Used

Registration fees are carefully allocated to support the operation, safety, and growth of our program. We strive to keep fees affordable while ensuring quality and compliance.

How Your Fees Help

  • Program Operations: Covers registration tools, website maintenance, promotional materials, and compliance costs related to our 501(c)(3) non-profit status with the Maryland Secretary of State and the Internal Revenue Service. 

  • Insurance: All participants are covered by the necessary liability and insurance through USA Wrestling, included as part of our club charter.

  • Facilities: Helps pay for the rental fees and use of mat space for practices and training sessions.

  • Equipment and Supplies: Includes wrestling mats, mat tape, cleaning and sanitization supplies (for hygiene and safety), and strength & conditioning equipment.

  • Coaching Education and Training: Supports annual USA Wrestling Leadership Memberships for coaches, which include background checks and SafeSport certifications, ensuring athlete safety and coach preparedness.

  • League Fees: Includes affiliation dues for our participation in the Maryland Club Wrestling League (MCWL).

  • Trophies and Awards: Covers costs associated with the end-of-season banquet, including trophies and awards to celebrate each wrestler’s hard work and growth throughout the season.

 

Important Notes

  • Tournament Costs: Participation in tournaments, including travel, lodging, and entry fees, is generally not included in the registration fee and is the responsibility of the parent or guardian.

  • Uniform & Gear: Registration does not include a uniform (singlet), wrestling shoes, or headgear.
